A 29 year old man was recently arrested for sending nude pictures of himself to a 16-year old girl.  The man, James Alton, was working for Universal Studios in Orlando and portrayed Captain America in the theme park. Alton met a 16-year old girl while working at the park.  The two began exchanging text messages, many of which were sexual in nature, including nude pictures of Captain America himself.

The girl's parents eventual learned of the texts and contact local authorities. Alton was arrested and charged with transmission of harmful materials to a minor by a computer, which is a third-degree felony.

Alton admitted to police that he knew the girl was only 16 years old and stated that he had mad a bad decision. Alton was fired by Universal.  He was also suspended by Walt Disney World where he is also employed.
