U.S. District Court Judge Fred Wolfson ruled this week that the lawsuit filed by a former, white employee of Petco can move forward.  The case was filed by Frank McQuillan who worked at Petco's Monroe, NJ, distribution center. In his complaint he alleges that he was the only caucasian working on the floor of the distribution center and that he was the subjected to a hostile work environment.

Specially, he alleges that the company posted signs and information in Spanish only and that he was the victim of repeated taunts and racial slurs by his Hispanic colleagues.
